Waiheke Curry
manu’s authentic Curry
Our curry recipes and cooking techniques have been passed down through the family generations from Northern India. Manu’s authentic curries are made by following these traditional methods and recipes so that you can enjoy them right here on Waiheke Island.
All our curries are made from fresh ingredients and our chef makes all of the sauces from scratch using authentic herbs and spices.
We use whole spices and make our own prepared spices from Cumin, star anise, maize, cloves, coriander, whole red Chili, nutmeg, fenugreek, mustard seeds, bay-leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and more. These are roasted first and then ground for our curries which are freshly made to order;
